Today Saab's production stopped after just 40 minutes

This morning the production at Saab commenced after the stop yesterday, but only for 40 min. Then there was another halt due to missing parts supplies. According to Swedish TV4 News West, the stop will last all day.

Inside Saab reports that Saab is taking one day at a time and have decided to reduce production plans this week to avoid taking on more supplies than necessary. Saab's purchasing and production director Gunnar Brunius says that "During the stoppages that we expect will occur this week, we have planned for various activities at the factory, such as staff training”.

Representatives from Spyker and Saab will continue to work on long-term as well as short-term financing solutions, while the dialogue between Saab and suppliers progresses.
