The district court has given Saab the opportunity to comment in response to the administrator's request that the reconstruction must end. Saab and its owner are currently engaged in intense final negotiations with relevant investors about how the continued funding of Saab's operations shall be ensured. The end result of these negotiations, which may come more or less at any time, is critical to Saab's position on the issue that the district court gave Saab the opportunity to comment on. Saab can not, until the result is known, submit a response. Saab's intention is to submit a response as soon as possible. Saab is aware of and respects the  time schedule the court is working by.
