When Saab went into reconstruction, the company said to the court that a decision from China's National Development and Reform Commission whether Chinese companies Youngman and Pang Da would be allowed to invest in Saab, was expected tomorrow October 14. But now Swedish news agency TT reports that a decision might be delayed and could be taken next week.
The reason for a delayed decision could be the Chinese holiday last week. The time table with the decision date October 14 was based on information that a decision would take approx. one month after it was approved on the provincial level. The Provincial Development and Reform Commission approved the deal on September 13.
I guess we just have to wait and see.
