The Economist: Saab seems to be gaining momentum

On another day of production stops and doomsday prophecies, The Economist comes to the rescue with a great article about Saab, and this great opening line that sets the mood:
SAAB has a long history of defying the odds
The article points out that last year's loss of EUR 218 million was actually only half of the loss Saab had in 2009. And it might even have been closer to break even if the factory hadn't been shut down for several months in the beginning of the year. All good points that we tend to forget.

The article also has a great and optimistic line near the end:
The company seems to be gaining momentum—its sales in America, in particular, seem to be recovering quickly.
So head over to the Economist for a recommended read!
