New week, new possibilities

After last week's turmoil, this week will be a very interesting one.

Have Saab solved all supplier problems? Have Saab managed to calm down worried suppliers? Will the factory be up and running without stops?

Management must also begin the task of rebuilding the confidence at suppliers, dealers, buyers and owners. A task they should know very well by now.

According to Svenska Dagbladet, today Saab will present their new cars in Stockholm, and Jan Åke Jonsson and Victor Muller is supposed to be there. It will be very interesting to see who is showing up and what they have to say. Last week the only voices we heard from Saab were Eric Geers, chief of communication, Thomas Schulz, Saab spokesman, and Victor Muller, Chairman. Jan Åke Jonsson is still acting as CEO, so will we hear from him today?

Update: Swedish Radio confirms that both Jan Åke Jonsson and Victor Muller are supposed to be at Saab's Nacka Strand car exhibition. On display will be the Saab PhoeniX, the Saab 9-5 SportCombi, the Saab 9-4X, the Saab 9-3 Convertible Independence Edition and, I assume, also the new Saab 9-3 Griffin range.
